From our observation, colouring has become a therapeutic activity for our YDKs. It improves focus, evokes feelings of peace, enjoyment and satisfaction.
Colouring has the ability to relax the fear center of brain, the amygdala. It induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind. It generates mindfulness and quietness. Let’s colour some pictures!
