PRICE & PACKAGE:MONTHLY PACKAGE STARTS FROM RM4500/MONTH (SUBJECT TO PROMO FROM TIME TO TIME). OUR MONTHLY PACKAGE INCLUDE: 24 HOURS NURSING CARE, DAILY PHYSIOTHERAPY, WEEKLY VISIT BY DOCTOR, 5 MEALS A DAY, LAUNDRY, CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING.
DURING ADMISSION: (1) ADMISSION FEE: RM200 and (2) INITIAL TRIAL PERIOD (15 DAYS): 1/2 OF THE TOTAL MONTH PAYMENT.
AFTER TRIAL PERIOD: (3) MONTHLY PAYMENT START: DAY AFTER THE FINAL DAY OF TRIAL PERIOD.
WE DONT TAKE DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE. BUT WE REQUIRE THE TRIAL PERIOD. THIS IS FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO SEE WHETHER OUR CAMPUS SUITABLE FOR THEM OR NOT. TRIAL PERIOD PAYMENT IS NON- REFUNDABLE. IF YOU PLAN TO PROCEED AFTER FINISH TRIAL PERIOD, YOU CAN PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT MONTHLY STARTING FROM THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD.
Our price is according to the room packages. Promo price starts from RM4500 – RM7000 / month (negotiable & subject to promotion from time to time).
The monthly room packages includes 24 hours nursing care that will be tailored according to the needs of the residents (such as medication, assistance in daily living activities such as eating, bathing, moving around (using wheelchair), daily physiotherapy (also will be tailored according to the needs of the residents), 5 meals a day, weekly visiting doctor, laundry and cleaning, social and recreational activities. The physiotherapy sessions will be carried out daily by our physiotherapists. It is all included in the room package.
The minimum stay at our Campus is 15 Days. And if you decided to do admission for your beloved one at our Campus, we don’t require deposit, but we require only admission fees (RM200) and the payment for 15 days – the compulsory trial period, to see whether the patient feel happy or comfortable with our Campus or not. For example, if room is RM5000, must pay RM2500 for the first 15 day trial stay, so the total sum to be paid upon admission is: RM200 + RM2500 = RM2700. Payment by way of cash or online banking transfer only. And if you feel happy with the room and the services provided, you can proceed with the monthly charges. If discharge from our Campus during the trial period, the payment during admission shall be forfeited.
Upon admission, our staffs (known as Clearwater Care Lovers) will do nursing assessment, physio assessment and our doctor will do medical examination & study the file within the same week. We also will do the first 72 hours observation, to see the pattern of the resident, such as to see the sleep pattern, behavioral pattern etc. We would be grateful if you can provide us with doctor’s memo / note or discharge note to us during the admission process.
Because of Covid-19, we only allow visitors to come into our Campus subject to SOP, from time to time. Please contact our Campus for latest updates on visiting hours. Every visitor must do the ART Covid-19 test kit first at Campus before entering. Please bring your ART Covid -19 test kit during the appointment.
