HOUSE OF YORK EKIS GOLD – Nursing Home in Georgetown, Penang (PRICE FROM RM3500/MONTH)
A bungalow building located opposite Seri Mutiara and just within walking distance to Clearwater Solok Ross, House of York Ekis Gold is under our sister company Endah Kasih Interactive Services Sdn. Bhd.
We do have available beds for short term and long term stay, focusing on single and double rooms. All rooms have : aircond, attached bathroom, smart tv and wifi.All beds have: electrical bed with remote control, wardrobe, personal call bell. Price usually starts from RM3500/month (but subject to available promotion from time to time).
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
The package includes 24 hours nursing care -by our qualified nurse and caregivers will be on duty day shift (8am to 8pm) and night shift (8pm to 8 am), Daily physio (weekdays / 5 days a week – by our certified physio staff, one-on-one session, approximately 20 minutes per session), 5 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner, and supper), weekly visit doctor (approximately 3 times a week), daily cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping.
Things not included:

4) diapers & underpad
5) clothes
Procedure for all campuses:
ALL IN ROOM PACKAGE:
1) Zero deposit
2) Only pay RM200 for admission (one time payment during admission & registration, non-refundable)
3) Can try our trial period : Pay 50% first for 15days trial period stay.
– Start by paying 50% first for 15 days trial stay and if everything is okay, if feel good and satisfied with the services and intend to continue, can pay the balance after that.
4) Can try *Pay as You Stay services – (prorated stay subject to discussion)
5) All payments and other related matters subject to terms and condition in Admission Agreement
